◆ This song was sung by the village people at the mourning house while keeping awake and amusing themselves throughout the night. On location it is called 'Bamdarae Song'(밤달애노래). People used to sing while dancing and beating the small hand drum. The singer says that this song is the song of a wandering entertainment group called 'Namsadang-pae'(남사당패), but it is not clear how the singer came to learn this song from them. Even the lyrics are that of play songs and do not have anything to do with funerals.
